Chronic plaque psoriasis is the most common type of psoriasis. Although any part of the body may be affected, the most commonly affected sites are the elbows, knees and scalp. 'Topical' treatments (i.e. treatments applied to the skin) are usually tried first.

These include vitamin D products, topical corticosteroids, tar‐based preparations, dithranol, salicylic acid and vitamin A products. As chronic plaque psoriasis is a long‐term condition, it is important to find out which treatments work best and what adverse‐effects they have.

This chronic condition effects a large and diverse population with women aged 15-35 being the largest effected group. Most sufferers experience embarrassment and self esteem issues concerning the way their skin appears and the reaction of others, thus the need to cover their skin with long sleeves and long pants year round.

Been writing away the past few days and I'm almost done with the next update in LDTW. It's a long one, guys. Not sure where I'll end it yet but it's 5,000 words already. Lots going on. I plan on getting this installment to Jill and Kare today and will post as soon as its edited. Vbfb19 is working on a graphic for me and I hope to post it in the next few days as well. Chapter 22 teaser!!

I needed the green light from Bella. No more miscommunication. I wanted her in my bed. Now. She clung to me like a spider monkey as I took the steps two at a time to my room, kicking the door open and dumping her unceremoniously on my bed. The sight of her, sprawled out on my bed with bright, lusty eyes made my cock twitch. I stood at the foot of the bed, trying to regain my composure.
