I know the photos are ugly and graphic but this is what severe psoriasis looks like. It's not me in the back shot but but mine is very similar. The leg and arm pictures are all me.

That looks so painful & uncomfortable. There is a lot of itchiness involved, yes? If so, I just can't imagine not being able to scratch or relieve the itching when it is out of reach. My grandfather had psoriasis but I don't remember him scratching it so much.
ReplyDeleteYes, there is intense pain and itching at times. Lots of prednisone and anti-inflammatory meds and lotions to ease the areas. Mine is actually worse than the picture. Covers my legs and arms as well. Now you see why my "Bella" has to have long sleeves. :) thanks for asking questions...my goal is to educate as much as entertain.
