Holy Cow!!

After much drama, tears and several cussing temper tantrums, I am proud to announce that Chapter 21 has posted in Fan Fiction! I've had a computer crash, a psoriasis flare of biblical proportions, the holidays and the worst case of writers block ever known. I hope you enjoy!! Happy New Year! LDTW posting of chapter 21

Well, long story short I'm not seeing an update of LDTW this weekend due to the holiday. I have family functions all weekend as do my betas. I am off work today through January 2nd for the most part and plan on getting several chapters out during that time. Thanks for your continued support and patience! :)

FFn Glitch and post of Chapter 19 LDTW

I just wanted to let you all know that I did successfully post chapter 19 of LDTW last night but there is an error at FFn that won't allow the readers to open the email alert link. This is the error:
FanFiction.Net Message Type 1
Chapter not found. Please check to see you are not using an outdated url.
New chapter/story can take up to 15 minutes to show up.
I'm going to give it till noon and if it doesn't resolve itself, I'm going to pull and repost. Wish I had the answer to the problem but I know it's not just my story. Thanks for your patience. I just looked and LDTW has surpassed 100 reviews!! I'm doing a happy dance. With the lost reviews added I'm almost to 200 total!! Thank you so much for all the reviews. :) and Happy Monday.

Humbled and Honored

Wow. I have had a great day!! I was approached earlier this week by one of our Fandom peers, @credoroza/Fandom Fanatic who asked if she could do a Saturday feature on my story, Letting Down the Walls on her blog site, fandomfanatic.blogspot.com. Also I was asked for a Spotlight Author Interview. Again, I am just amazed at the response to my story. She gave the shout out today as well as did all her affiliates. The interview should post tomorrow. I want to thank her for her faith and interest in me and LDTW. I appreciate the publicity and the kind words. Our Fandom has been most gracious to this newbie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My Great Team

Words cannot express how much I owe my two beta's twimom817 and kare831. They didn't know me but picked me up five chapters into LDTW. Grammar, punctuation and run on sentences make their jobs crazy but they do it without complaint. Both are quick to get me back on track when I get wild or in a writers block. Thank you isn't enough...but just know I'm honored to have your help and most of all to call you both FRIEND. I'm going to be writing a FF compilation for Juvenile Diabetes in the next month or so...I'm very excited to branch out for such a great cause. I lost my dad to complications from years of type 2 adult onset diabetes in 2008. Would love your help in what type of story you'd like to see me write. I'd also love to write for a Psoriasis cause since I deal with my debilitating case every day.

Well, thanks to a great little brother I have my laptop back!! Its semi-operational because I lost EVERYTHING that was saved in my files and three years of pictures of my kids, etc...but I DID get my banner posted!! Thanks Mel K!!AND the story is linked to the banner so just click away. :)
